PROPUESTA DE REFORMA DE UNA MASÍA EN RUINAS
Proyecto universitario
El proyecto consistió en convertir una masía en ruinas y desuso en un espacio social para jóvenes. El nuevo espacio estaría totalmente relacionado con la música. Habrían salas de ensayos para cantantes, bandas o simplemente pasar un rato tocando la guitarra. La nueva masía albergaría una zona de bar y otra de conciertos u otros eventos.
Se generan espacios abiertos que permiten una comunicación visual entre plantas. Además se generan aperturas al exterior conectando la masía con la zona ajardinada y de bosque dónde se encuentra situada.
