PROPUESTAS DE REFORMA PARA PISOS EN BARCELONA

El primer proyecto es una propuesta de viviendas de una superficie útil de 35.28m2. Al encontrarnos con un espacio tan reducido queremos aprovechar al máximo el espacio uniendo el salón, el comedor y la cocina en una misma estancia. Una vez más, para aprovechar la luz que nos llega desde el balcón, se crea una ventana fija entre el salón y el lavabo, consiguiendo así que nos llegue luz natural hasta ese punto.
Al final del pasillo se abre una puerta oculta por un espejo que da al dormitorio principal. Se consigue así mayor espacio visual en el pasillo/entrada.
Arquitectónicamente se quiere conservar la pared de ladrillo original para aportar calidez a la estancia.
En el segundo espacio se hizo un proyecto de reforma con concepto de vivienda y showroom de vinos. El proyecto consistió en dar un nuevo uso al garaje de la vivienda aportando valor a la casa.
Se quiso desdibujar la línea divisoria entre vivienda y showroom. Es por eso que podemos ver al fondo y en el altillo parte de la vivienda y al frente la vinoteca.
Fue una propuesta arriesgada pero muy interesante y ambiciosa.
PROPOSAL INTERIOR DESIGN FOR TWO FLATS IN BARCELONA

We developed two projects, both of them based in the remodeling of flats in Barcelona. The first one project counts just withis a 35m2 flat..In one hand, aSince we were working with a very limited space, we wanted to take the most small flat needs to take advantage of it, so we unitedof the space. So. there are the living room, dining room and kitchen in an open space together. Natural light is a major factor On the other, It is always veryto have into account so to make the most of the light coming from the balcony, we installed important to take advantage of the sunlight, too. So we put a window between the living room and the bathroom, allowing for the light to flow naturally between the roomsm to have natural light. Finally, there are a double room in the flat. We hidhidee theroom behind a mirror to widen the get more visual space in the corridor.
In addition, we wanted to preserve the original brick wall to incorporate a warm feeling and we added some color in strategicdifferent points to revitalize the space.
The second projectflat was remodeled with the clear idea of combining living quarters with a wine showroom. The showroom would be located in the space that wasa previously occupated by the garage, so we needed to change the original utility of this room. It was a pretty bold and ambitious design but the resultit was very interesting and innovative and ambitious.
