Colaboración con Arbik
Primer proyecto de sala dedicada a los mayores de la casa en un Centro Comercial en España.
El espacio dispone de 4 zonas: una recepción abierta al centro. En este espacio se incorporó un pequeño almacén para guardar material, sillas etc.. Una zona de juegos, con mesas y sillas cómodas. La elección de las mesas redondas con una sola pata tenían el objetivo de mejorar la accesibilidad. La tercera zona se trata de un espacio de descanso o reunión, con un par de sofás y una televisión. Y por último, una mini cocina equipada para hacer talleres culinarios o tardes de meriendas!
No pueden faltar unas bonitas plantas por todo el espacio, creando así, un lugar agradable y cálido.

The project represents the first free space dedicated to the elderly in a shopping mall in Spain.
The room has 4 areas; the first of them, the reception, is directly open to the mall and it counts with a small storehouse to store chairs, documents between other things. Secondly, there is a game room to spend time playing chess, dominoes, and other table games. The furniture of this room was specifically picked out to make things easier for the elderly. A few examples of this are the chairs which are very comfortable or the tables which are round and have a main supporting leg which allows for easy accessibility. The third area is a big living room with some sofas and a television to spend time talking and relaxing. Lastly, we created a small kitchen equipped with all the necessary materials to carry out activities such as cooking classes or coffee meetings. Throughout the whole place, we wanted to enhance a warm and friendly environment for which we decided to use plants and vegetation as decorative devices and use natural materials like wood.
